Few words about Bob Dalpe

Originally from the Boston area. Served in the USAF from 1978-1993 as a weather observer/forecaster stationed throughout the US, Europe, Caribbean and the Middle East. Resident of Chandler AZ since 2013 and of Arizona since 1990. Employed by the General Dynamic Mission Systems Corp as an engineering technician. Took an early retirement package from Intel in 2016 last year and returned to ASU and graduated from ASU summer 2017 with a BA degree in Liberal Studies. He also volunteers for the US Academic Decathlon, USN Sea Cadet program as a senior volunteer leader, Communications Director for the Unified Arizona Veterans, Veterans Medical Leadership council, Horse Rhythm Foundation, caretaker for the Pearl Harbor Survivors Assn. and is a team lead for Congressman Biggs Veterans Advisory Council. Bob is a member of the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame Class of 2017. He has two sons currently serving: Michael – USAF, James – USN with a third son Christopher – who is an Army Reserve veteran. Married to Lisa and he has a blended family with stepchildren Adam and Sara.
