About Fort Veteran
A place for veterans to heal and grow
After being diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz., Army veteran Steve Cooper was given just months to live. He didn't accept that at fought back. After beating cancer, he took the fight to the Department of Veterans Affairs, winning a multi-million-dollar lawsuit.
